Jack X. Jiang joined Gadsden Schneider & Woodward LLP as an associate in May 2023. He focuses his practice on the areas of complex trust and tax issues with respect to estate planning and estate and trust administration. He also advises business owners on tax matters in conjunction with their estate planning. Prior to joining GSW, Jack gained significant experience as a tax attorney for an investment management firm.
Jack attended Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, obtaining his J.D. in 2020. He served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable John W. Herron and is currently enrolled in the LL.M. in Taxation Program at Temple University Beasley School of Law with an expected completion date of 2024.
Prior to obtaining his J.D., Jack attended the University of Pittsburgh, graduating in 2013 with a degree in biological sciences. He engaged in a medical research career where he received the Harrison Surgical Scholarship and was a contributing author in more than twenty academic journals.
Jack is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
