Jennifer H. Stoudt joined Gadsden Schneider & Woodward LLP in April 2021. Jennifer is an accomplished Trust and Estate Attorney with 20 years of experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families. She is skilled in advising, drafting, and implementing sophisticated estate planning, including wills, inter vivos and irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, private foundations, and succession planning for family-owned businesses. Jennifer is also experienced in advising executors and trustees in the administration of complex estates and trusts and related inheritance, estate and gift tax implications. This includes resolution of matters before the Orphans’ Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas and Register of Wills such as division and amendment of trusts, adjudication of trust/estate accounts, probate proceedings and other fiduciary litigation matters.
Jennifer received her J.D, Magna Cum Laude, from Widener University School of Law in 2001, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. She received her B.A., With Honors, in Communications with a minor in Women Studies, from Pennsylvania State University in 1996. Jennifer is a member of the Pennsylvania, Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Philadelphia Bar Associations. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey (inactive). Jennifer is on the Board of Directors for Radnor Memorial Library.
