Kristen Everly

Kristen joined Gadsden Schneider & Woodward LLP in December 2024 as an associate attorney. Prior to joining the firm, Kristen practiced law with the U.S. legal team of an international private family office, where she provided income tax advice and estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax advice to high-net-worth individuals based both abroad and in the United States. She also assisted clients with preparation of estate planning documents needed to carry out their individual plans.

Previously Kristen spent almost 10 years at Wells Fargo Wealth Management, where she served as a trust officer and managed a team of trust officers responsible for administration of personal trusts. Kristen also spent two years practicing law at a regional law firm in Philadelphia, where she represented clients in family law matters.

Kristen received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2012. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Tufts University in 2008. Kristen is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey (inactive). She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.
